Imagery in Motion Scholarship Application

Purpose:  To Provide scholarships to a young women who is a high school graduating senior interested in or intending to pursue post-high school course of study at either college/university or other post-secondary educational institution.

Award Components:  $250- $1000 scholarships and individual certificates awarded to one (1) students selected by board and general membership of Women of Imagery, Inc.


  1. Must be a female, graduating high school senior.

  2. Applicant must be a graduating high school senior in the year of the award.

  3. Applicant must demonstrate willingness to seek out resources to further their education, if awarded, must attend Women of Imagery, Inc. Women on the Move Luncheon, demonstrate support of producing positive personal and professional relationship among women in their community.  

Application Process:  

Applicant must submit the following items:

  1. Completed application form via www.womenofimagery.org

  2. Two (2) letters of recommendations from choice of high school teachers, administrators, counselors, employers, or individual with significant knowledge of applicant’s experience and involvement.

  3. An official and recent high school transcript with cumulative grade point average and a class standing/rank.

  4. Personal Essay completed on Women of Imagery, Inc. website (http://www.womenofimagery.org/imagery-in-motion-scholarship-fund)

  5. Evidence of registration to accredited post secondary institution

Deadline for the application is Friday, March 14th, 2014 by 7:00 p.m.  Applications postmarked after this date will not be considered.
