Vivian Fadipe- Chairperson; Chair of Membership

Vivian Fadipe has worked in Information Technology for over 14 years.   Currently she works as a Senior Test  Specialist and has held the positions of Programmer Analyst,  Senior Test Engineer and Environment Support SME.

She considers herself a lifetime student and along the way she has earned a BS in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University and a Masters of Business Administration from Baker University.   She has participated in Kaufman’s Fast Trak ,completed a  Biblical Counseling Training program and is always looking for a new cooking class.

Vivian has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and through being a part of Women of Imagery and her leadership roles in ministry, she should be able to help even more people.


Tamilah Kirkendoll- Acting Treasurer

Tamilah Kirkendoll has been an active member in Women of Imagery, Inc. since August 2011. Since joining, she has become a board member and Treasurer of the organization. She is a member of Beta Alpha Psi, a business fraternity she joined while attending the University of Missouri-Kansas City where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2008.

In her professional life she has held a Financial Analyst position at DST Systems, Inc. for the past four years and recently began working with international clients and domestic corporate marketing. However, in her perfect world she would be a best-selling author as she thoroughly enjoys writing poetry and inspirational pieces.

Community involvement and volunteerism have always been passions for her as she has worked with children and teens while tutoring at the Boys & Girls Club and Jump Start of St. Louis. Also, serving on the Youth Advisory Board of the Kansas City Housing Authority and being a summer camp assistant coordinator at Kansas City Parks & Recreation. She also has been heavily involved with young adult church ministries around the local area.

Marlena Richardson- Secretary



Marlena "Miko" Richardson is a native of Grambling, LA but has been in KC for the last 15 years. She carries two Bachelor of Science degrees from Baker University, one in Biology the other in Chemistry. She currently works for a local distilling company as head of the R&D & Innovations Department, constantly working on something new to bring to the market. She also is owner and CEO of two local businesses: Osmose by M: Model Placement Services, which provides models and other industry professional services and Shots by Miko: Custom Cocktails & Shots, which is a team of talented & trained bartenders who provide services for all events. Marlena loves to cook & eat, read, and loves the creative element of starting something new.



Tineka Rentie- Executive Director

Passion is described as a strong feeling of emotion or desire.  Passion for young adults, women, and families are the issues that impact every decision made in Tineka's day to day life.  Tineka Rentie has worked in the human services industry for more than 15 years in various capacities, such as workforce development, youth development, mentoring, and support of the personal and professional advancement of women.   

As founder and Executive Director of Women of Imagery, a membership based nonprofit dedicated to the personal and professional growth of women, she is able to impact not only her life but the growth of women in her community as a whole.  With a Master’s in Management and Leadership from Webster University, and an undergraduate degree in Consumer Affairs from the University of Missouri-Columbia, she has the foundational knowledge to lead and affect change.  However it is her drive, genuine concern for the public, and champion of women persona, that allows her to build relationships, connect resources, and provide financial, educational, and empowering support to all those that she comes in contact with.
